MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES
Modus Advanced, Inc. has 8 in-house manufacturing processes in order to serve customers with speed and precision. We have two locations in Livermore and Carlsbad, CA. Below are the different manufacturing processes we offer.

Form-In-Place Dispensing
Form-In-Place is a unique process that allows us to dispense small beads of material that will provide environmental sealing and EMI shielding. This process generates minimal waste, eliminates the need for machined grooves, and provides an optimal sealing and shielding solution for both large and small parts.

CNC Digital Cutting
Modus Advanced provides CNC digital cutting for both quick prototypes and production volumes. Without the need for hard tooling, we can operate with speed and precision so that you can bring a product to the market sooner.
Water Jet
Our high precision water jet equipment allows us to produce both prototypes and production volumes rapidly. We can cut small and large format parts from a variety of materials ranging from rubber, plastic, and metal.


MACHINING
Machining is a complex process. Modus Advanced makes it simple with our team of engineers alongside the state of the art CNC machines, tools, and processes. This allows us to deliver high-quality RF/EMI shields with Speed and Precision.
