Our specialized splicing services allow us to create custom-sized o-rings and d-rings precisely tailored to your needs.

  • Profile cross-sectional sizes range from 0.078" – 1.181" (2mm – 25mm) in diameter
  • Minimum cut length (end to end) of 2" (50mm)
  • Custom splicing molds tailored to each profile
  • Compatible with o-ring and d-ring profiles (non-PSA layers)
  • Hand-cut extrusion to length typically within ±0.030" (0.762mm)
  • Quality validation through pull force testing for each new profile size

We offer a wide range of pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSAs) to accommodate virtually any application requirements, including high-temperature, chemical-resistant, and low-outgassing options.

Our slitting capabilities can accommodate a wide range of widths, from narrow strips under 0.25" up to wider rolls of several feet, depending on the material properties.

We can manufacture custom molded parts out of various Silicone Molding Compounds, Rubber Molding Compounds, as well as Class 3B Silicone for medical applications.

Spliced o-rings allow for custom sizes that aren't available as standard parts, reducing lead times and tooling costs compared to completely custom molded solutions. They're ideal for larger diameters or when you need a quick solution for a specific application.
