Our precision-engineered custom o-ring and d-ring profiles range from 0.078" to 1.181" in diameter with a minimum cut length of 2", featuring custom splicing molds for o-ring and d-ring compatibility, hand-cut extrusions with tight tolerances (±0.030"), and rigorous quality validation through pull force testing for each new profile size.
