Our specialized splicing services allow us to create custom-sized o-rings and d-rings precisely tailored to your needs.

- Minimum cut length (end to end) of 2" (50mm)
- Custom splicing molds tailored to each profile
- Compatible with o-ring and d-ring profiles (non-PSA layers)
- Hand-cut extrusion to length typically within ±0.030" (0.762mm)
