New hire will fuel company's growth and better serve customers

Here at Modus, we are proud to announce the addition of Will Gardner to our team. He'll be leading our business and product development efforts in the Aerospace, Defense and Medical Device markets.

Will received a bachelors degree from Virginia Tech in Materials Science and Engineering, with a minor in Green Engineering. Previously, Will worked in the Noise Vibration Harshness (NVH) industry for Technicon Acoustics, where he ran the product development department as well as the ISO Certified Acoustic Test Lab.

Will has experience across a number of important areas including business development, marketing, procurement and operations. His extensive background in IP development and seamless commercialization of products, along with a breadth of experience in the industry, will help bring more of the same benefits Modus offers current customers to an entirely new base of customers on the east coast.

    Get to Know Will

"I am excited to be working with a team and company whose values and emphasis on innovation and growth align with mine. Both of these are core values to Modus and are important to me personally and professionally. I live in North Carolina, so I am looking forward to getting to know our customers with locations on the east coast."

What will Will be doing at Modus?

    • Growing Modus' presence in the aerospace, defense, and medical markets.
    • Supporting continuous improvement projects to improve operations.
    • Creating an ISO compliant, auditable new product development process to help keep Modus (and, most importantly, our customers) on top of new technology developments.
