At Magna, he spearheaded innovation initiatives, fostering a culture of creativity and driving the development of sustainable products. Lance successfully forged strategic partnerships with external companies, establishing a royalty-based financial framework that generated significant revenue streams.
In his previous roles, Lance demonstrated a proven track record of overseeing complex programs from inception to production. He excelled in orchestrating cross-functional teams, aligning activities with strategic objectives, and ensuring adherence to exacting specifications. Lance's expertise spans operations management, business administration, quality control, and customer service management.
