Why Carlsbad, CA?
We have chosen to build out our second manufacturing facility in Carlsbad, CA specifically to serve Viasat. We'll have machining, form-in-place gasket dispensing, as well as the ability to cut RF absorbers and thermal pads.
We will be able to handle quick turn prototypes and production volumes, right around the corner from your offices.

Manufacturing Processes
All of the following capabilities will be available in our Carlsbad facility:
Machining
In April, our new facility will feature vertical and 5-axis milling machines. Later in 2021, we will also be adding horizontal milling machines with pallet systems that will allow us to run 24/7.
Form-in-Place Gasket Dispensing
In April, we will have the ability to dispense our premium form-in-place gasket materials directly onto your machined parts.
Die Cutting
During the summer of 2021, we will add die cutting processes to our capabilities in the Carlsbad facility.
CNC Cutting
We will also be adding CNC and digital cutting capabilities to our Carlsbad repertoire in 2021.
