Compashield® Extrusion EE Gaskets

Compashield® Extrusion EE extruded EMI shielding gaskets combine a thin layer of nickel graphite or silver aluminum co-extruded on to a high performance silicone base. The combination of the materials creates an all in one gasket perfectly suited to solve EMI shielding issues in extreme environments.

Compashield® Extrusion Press-Fit Gaskets

Compashield® Extrusion Press-Fit extruded EMI shielding gaskets combine the same innovative electrically conductive layer over silicone as the EE gaskets, but adds a small press-fit feature to aid in assembly and eliminates the need for adhesive. The addition of the press-fit feature results in 30 dB better shielding effectiveness than the standard EE gasket.

Compashield® Extrusion Anti-Stretch EMI Shielding Gaskets

Compashield® Extrusion Anti-Stretch EMI Shielding gaskets are similar to the EE gaskets, but also have an integrated metal thread designed to prevent stretching and shrinking during gasket installation.

Compashield® Extrusion Ultra-Soft EMI Shielding Gaskets

Compashield® Extrusion Ultra-Soft EMI Shielding gaskets were designed to replace much harder connector gaskets where minimizing compression force and excellent EMI shielding is required.
